Our primary product is natural, perishable mangoes. By their nature, they may vary in size, ripeness, appearance, and taste. These variations are not defects and do not constitute grounds for refunds.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing organicfoodcompany150@gmail.com.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank transfers

  • Mobile payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa)

Payment must be completed for the order to be confirmed and processed.

6. Shipping Policy

We ship only within Pakistan using reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to customer unavailability

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

  • Spoilage due to late pickup or delivery refusal

8. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we only accept refund requests under strict conditions (e.g., product received rotten or severely damaged). Customers must report such issues within 24 hours with clear evidence.

9. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date personal and delivery information

  • Use the website for lawful purposes only

  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

  • Handle the products with care after delivery to avoid spoilage

10. Product Handling After Delivery

We are not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or loss after the product is delivered. Store mangoes properly upon receipt. No compensation will be provided for issues caused by improper storage.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—images, branding, text, graphics—is the exclusive property of Organic Food Company. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Website Use & Security

You must not use our site for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities, including:

  • Spamming or spreading malware

  • Violating intellectual property laws

Violators will be banned and may face legal consequences.

All purchases are made at the customer’s own risk.
