1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and most regional towns. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at organicfoodcompany150@gmail.com before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

• Standard Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (depending on your location and courier service)

• Peak Season (May–August): Slight delays may occur due to high demand and mango supply schedules

We ship orders Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate Delivery Fee: PKR [Insert Amount] per order

• Free Shipping: On orders above PKR [Insert Threshold]

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Packaging & Handling

We work with trusted and reputable courier services including Leopard Courier, TCS, M&P, and Pakistan Post to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Events

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, certain factors may cause delays, including:

• Extreme weather or heat waves

• Strikes, public holidays, or regional unrest

• High demand during mango season

• Rural or hard-to-reach delivery areas

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

7. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery:

• Inspect the box immediately. If there is any visible damage, please take photos and report it within 24 hours to organicfoodcompany150@gmail.com.

• Ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the package, especially since mangoes are perishable.

We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed or delayed pickups.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for:

• Delays due to wrong/incomplete addresses

• Multiple failed delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept the order

In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. We only ship within Pakistan.
