At Organic Food Company, we take great pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality mangoes straight from the farm to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our Return & Refund Policy is carefully structured to ensure fairness, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
The mangoes are damaged, rotten, or spoiled upon delivery.
The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed.
The mangoes are severely unripe or overripe beyond acceptable natural variance.
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
Delay in delivery caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Minor weight or size variation due to natural moisture loss
Slight differences in color, size, or appearance from product photos
Mangoes damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer
Change of mind after order dispatch
To request a refund, please follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your order:

Include the following in your email:
Order number
Full name and contact details
Clear photos/videos showing the issue with the product
A brief explanation of the problem
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and contact you with the resolution.
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may offer a replacement or discount on your next purchase instead of a direct cash refund.
If only part of the order is affected (e.g., 2 out of 5 kg mangoes are spoiled), a partial refund or replacement will be offered accordingly. We strive to resolve every issue fairly and promptly.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at organicfoodcompany150@gmail.com.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances.
