Refund & Return Policy

At Organic Food Company, we take great pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality mangoes straight from the farm to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our Return & Refund Policy is carefully structured to ensure fairness, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The mangoes are damaged, rotten, or spoiled upon delivery.

  • The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed.

  • The mangoes are severely unripe or overripe beyond acceptable natural variance.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Delay in delivery caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Minor weight or size variation due to natural moisture loss

  • Slight differences in color, size, or appearance from product photos

  • Mangoes damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer

  • Change of mind after order dispatch

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your order:

  1. Email us at: organicfoodcompany150@gmail.com

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Order number

    • Full name and contact details

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue with the product

    • A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and contact you with the resolution.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may offer a replacement or discount on your next purchase instead of a direct cash refund.

5. Replacements & Partial Refunds

If only part of the order is affected (e.g., 2 out of 5 kg mangoes are spoiled), a partial refund or replacement will be offered accordingly. We strive to resolve every issue fairly and promptly.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at organicfoodcompany150@gmail.com.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances.
